POSITION : DRAFTSMAN CUM QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) FOR MEP

We are seeking a highly skilled Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical drafting expertise and commercial acumen. You will be responsible for producing high-quality MEP shop drawings while simultaneously managing quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and variation orders.

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Develop detailed 2D/3D MEP shop drawings
• Prepare accurate As-Built drawings
• Perform precise material take-offs from drawings for procurement and budgeting.
• BOQ Preparation
• Cost Estimation
• Variations & Claims
• Progress Valuation

QUALIFICATION : 

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP
• Advanced MS Excel skills for quantity reporting.
• Deep understanding of MEP systems, materials, and international standards (NFPA, ASHRAE)
