Role Overview

• Inspects electrical and instrument installations.
• Verifies compliance with project blueprints.
• Ensures adherence to safety regulations.
• Approves materials before installation begins.
• Checks cable laying and terminations.
• Inspects lighting and grounding networks.
• Witnesses insulation and continuity testing.
• Monitors instrument calibration and loop checks.
• Follows Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
• Issues non-conformance reports for failures.
• Compiles final quality handover packages.

Job Requirements

• Requires 5 years of industrial experience.
• Prefers oil, gas, or power plant background.
• Demands an electrical or instrumentation degree/diploma.
• Needs knowledge of IEC, IEEE, or NEC codes.
