We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical work activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead mechanical workers and technicians on-site.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily mechanical activities.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Monitor the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues at the worksite.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Train workers and provide guidance on proper work methods.
