Our company, is looking for a skilled and experienced Band Saw Blade Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precisely cutting, welding, and maintaining band saw blades to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut band saw blades to precise lengths and weld them using Resistance/Flash Butt Welding machines.
Properly anneal the blades post-weld to restore flexibility and prevent brittleness.
Grind and finish the weld joints to ensure a perfectly flush and consistent thickness.
Inspect blades for alignment, strength, and overall quality control.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in band saw blade welding.
Strong knowledge of blade metallurgy, including handling carbon steel and bi-metal blades.
Proficiency in operating industrial welding machines, shearing tools, and grinders.
High attention to detail and safety standards.
