Hiring: Female Store Manager – Luxury Abaya Boutique ✨

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking female Store Manager with excellent English communication skills to join our luxury abaya boutique.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the boutique and oversee daily operations.
• Monitor production and ensure high-quality finishing.
• Follow up on all orders and ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Manage inventory and stock requirements.
• Handle customers professionally and provide a premium customer experience.
• Coordinate with production, tailors, and delivery teams.
• Monitor sales and support the growth of the boutique.
• Maintain high standards of organization, presentation, and customer service.
• Suggest new ideas to improve sales, operations, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Arab female candidate.
• Strong experience in the abaya/fashion industry is a MUST.
• Previous experience in boutique or store management is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and presentable.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and abayas.
