ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager – Soft Services to lead and manage soft facilities services in line with Qatar standards. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Manage Operations for soft services including Cleaning, Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, and Concierge Services
✔ Lead and manage large multicultural teams
✔ Act as primary client point of contact
✔ Conduct inspections, audits, and performance reviews
✔ Ensure HSE, Qatar Labor Law, and QCD compliance
✔ Prepare operational, KPI, and management reports
REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or related field
📊 8–10 years FM experience (minimum 5 years in Soft Services – Qatar/GCC)
🛡 Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, HSE & ISO standards
🧑💼 Strong leadership and client-facing skills
💻 MS Office knowledge preferred
🗣 English mandatory | Arabic advantage
🚗 Qatar Driving License (preferred)
