FM Supervisor - Landscape

Job Description

• Review landscape operation and maintenance plans, designs, and related documentation.
• Supervise and oversee landscape maintenance activities across all assigned landscape packages.
• Manage integrated landscape maintenance programs involving multiple stakeholders, service providers, and project partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of landscape service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, budgets, and schedules.
• Review, prepare, and issue landscape-related specifications, technical documents, and reports as required.
• Ensure accurate review, maintenance, and updating of as-built drawings for all landscape assets.
• Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and tender documentation for landscape service providers.
• Collaborate with service providers to develop practical and sustainable landscaping solutions that support operational and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure landscape works are executed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports highlighting landscape maintenance issues, performance trends, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Follow up on outstanding instructions, commitments, and action items related to landscape maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards throughout all landscape maintenance operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance, operations, or facilities management, preferably within large-scale developments.
• Proven experience in supervising landscape maintenance contractors and managing service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant maintenance, turf management, and landscape operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Equivalent technical qualifications combined with significant relevant work experience will also be considered.
• GCC/Qatar experience will be an added advantage.
• Qatar Driving License is must.
