FMCG SALES TEAM SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the sales team and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
• Monitor daily routes, customer visits, market coverage, and product availability
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor stock, returns, expiry, merchandising, and customer collections
• Identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & performance reports for Management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant FMCG sales experience, including team supervision, in Qatar
• Good knowledge of the Qatar FMCG market
• Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented with good Excel and reporting skills
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
