We are seeking detail-oriented English Transcription Reviewers to join our growing team. 

The role involves reviewing and correcting AI-generated transcripts.

 To ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy, formatting and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Review, edit and proofread AI-generated transcripts.

Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting errors.

Verify speaker identification and timestamps.

Ensure transcripts accurately reflect the original audio.

Follow Raven AI’s transcription, formatting and quality standards.

Meet agreed deadlines and productivity expectations.

Maintain strict confidentiality and handle all information securely.

Essential Requirements

Excellent written English at a near-native or professional level.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong English grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.

Strong English communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Access to a reliable computer, internet connection and headphones.

Ability to work on-site in Qatar.

Previous transcription, administrative or legal experience is desirable but not essential.

Preferred Skills

Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.

Previous experience reviewing or proofreading professional documents.

Arabic language skills are welcomed but not required.

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete:

A brief English proficiency assessment.

A practical transcription-review exercise.

A short interview.

Successful candidates may be offered a trial period before joining Raven AI’s freelance reviewer pool.

Freelance Rate

The freelance rate will be discussed with successful candidates following the interview and assessment process. Rates may vary depending on experience, the nature of the assignment, quality standards and performance.
