• Making tea, smoothies, and other café drinks according to recipes.
• Greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments.
• Recommending menu items and answering questions about products.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
• Operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Restocking ingredients, cups, and supplies.
• Monitoring inventory and informing supervisors when stock is low.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Handling customer complaints professionally and resolving issues when possible.
• Opening or closing the café, including cash handling and daily cleaning tasks.
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth café operations.
