HSE Officer (Oil & Gas)

Minimum 5 years GCC experience as HSE Officer in Oil & Gas projects

 NEBOSH IGC Mandatory

 Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

 Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) System – Hot Work, Cold Work & Confined Space

 Hands-on experience in Risk Assessment, JSA/JHA, Toolbox Talks & Safety Inspections

 Experience in Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis (5 Why / Fishbone)

 Knowledge of Work at Height, Scaffolding Safety & DROPS Control

 Experience monitoring Blasting, Painting & Coating activities

 Knowledge of Gas Testing, Confined Space Entry & Emergency Response

 Familiar with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001, IOGP Life Saving Rules & Qatar HSE Regulations

 Strong English communication & technical reporting skills

 QatarEnergy LNG (QE LNG) approval is an advantage
