- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong technical knowledge of VRF, PACU, AHU, FCU, Split AC, and Window AC systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Extensive experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair works.
- Skilled in compressor replacement and other major HVAC component replacements.
- Hands-on experience in both Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Experience with refrigerant charging, vacuuming, nitrogen pressure testing, and leak detection.
- Capable of working independently and leading maintenance teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.
