Interior Architect

Limited Edition Interiors is looking for a talented and motivated Interior Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material selections and presentations.
• Prepare project briefs, BOQs, quotations, schedules and cost negotiations.
• Read, analyze and develop architectural/interior drawings and shop drawings.
• Select furniture, fabrics, wallpaper, lighting, colours and finishes.
• Present design concepts to management and clients.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers, contractors and deliveries.
• Conduct site visits and supervise works to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

Requirements & Skills:

• Creative with a strong eye for design, colour and detail.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes and current design trends.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, punctual, organized and attentive.
• Valid driving license is required.
