IT Officer

                     We are looking for an IT Officer to manage and support our IT infrastructure

                     Key Responsibilities

• • Manage and maintain computers, laptops, servers, printers, network equipment, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity.
  • Manage user accounts, email, access permissions, backups, and basic IT security.
  • Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and system documentation.
  • Support  systems including CCTV, servers, and communication networks.
