Job Summary:

 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor with all-round knowledge in Civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Carpentry works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, managing teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks across various disciplines. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry works
• Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for maintenance technicians and helpers
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair and maintenance needs
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently
• Troubleshoot issues related to MEP systems and building structures
• Oversee minor construction, renovation, and carpentry works
• Ensure all work is completed as per safety standards and company policies
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when required
• Drive to different project sites for inspections and supervision

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Civil works (masonry, painting, basic construction)
  • MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Carpentry and woodwork
• Ability to handle a multi-disciplinary maintenance team
• Good problem-solving and leadership skills
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience working in facilities management or maintenance companies in Qatar
