Maintenance System Administrator

We are currently seeking a Maintenance System Administrator for a long-term assignment with our client in Qatar.

Position Details

• Job Title: Maintenance System Administrator
• Location: Qatar
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Duration: 17 Months (Until December 2027)

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance system administration, maintenance planning, or a similar role.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and prepare reports and KPIs.
• Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory and spare parts management will be an added advantage.
