Multi Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair works. The candidate must be capable of independently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various maintenance issues while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Carry out electrical maintenance including lighting, sockets, switches, DB panels, and wiring repairs.
• Perform plumbing repairs including pipes, faucets, water pumps, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.
• Conduct HVAC maintenance such as servicing split ACs, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Repair doors, locks, windows, furniture, gypsum partitions, ceilings, and minor carpentry works.
• Carry out painting, tiling, silicone sealing, and other finishing works when required.
• Inspect equipment and identify faults before they become major issues.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.
• Complete maintenance reports and service records accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures and company regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of Gulf experience as a Multi Technician.
• Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Electrical Systems
  • Plumbing Works
  • HVAC Maintenance
  • Carpentry
  • Painting & Civil Repairs
• Ability to read maintenance drawings and technical manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC Driving License (Preferred)
• Experience in facility management companies.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
