Nitrogen Pump Operator

Responsibilities

* Operate nitrogen pumping units and high-pressure equipment safely and efficiently during Oil & Gas operations, testing, purging, and related activities.

* Set up, connect, and inspect nitrogen pumps, hoses, valves, manifolds, pressure lines, and associated equipment before operations.

* Monitor pressure, flow rates, equipment performance, and operating parameters, taking appropriate action in case of abnormalities.

* Perform pressure testing, nitrogen purging, leak checks, and other nitrogen-related activities in accordance with approved procedures.

* Follow strict HSE, Permit to Work (PTW), PPE, toolbox talk, and site safety requirements, particularly in offshore and onshore environments.

* Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, engineers, and operations teams to complete nitrogen activities safely, efficiently, and within the required project schedule.

Qualifications

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Nitrogen Pump Operator

* Must have experience in Oil and Gas sector- offshore and onshore experience

* Hands-on experience operating nitrogen pumping equipment, high-pressure systems, hoses, valves, and associated equipment in accordance with operational procedures.

* Strong knowledge of pressure testing, nitrogen purging, equipment checks, troubleshooting and safe operating practices.

* Have offshore certifications.
