Operation manager

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Lady Filipino Operations Manager / Production Coordinator to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our business.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a garment factory or uniform manufacturing business.
• Supervising tailors, production staff, and other employees.
• Planning and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handling customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up.
• Managing inventory, fabrics, accessories, and stock control.
• Coordinating deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Preparing reports and maintaining administrative records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with POS or accounting systems would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in the garment, textile, tailoring, or uniform industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

We are specifically seeking a candidate of Filipino nationality with relevant experience in the uniform or garment manufacturing sector.
