Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Establish work breakdown structures and project baselines
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
• Analyze delays, critical paths, and resource utilization
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with construction, procurement, and engineering teams
• Support claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) analysis
• Track manpower, equipment, and material planning
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation plans
• Attend progress meetings and provide planning inputs

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in planning/scheduling (project-dependent)
• Experience in construction / infrastructure / STP / utilities projects preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• Immediate joiners
