Rigging / Lifting Foreman

HIRING *– Rigging / Lifting Foreman*

 Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar

 Duration: 4 Months (Extendable)

 Working Hours: 10 Hours/Day | 6 Days/Week

 FAT: Food, Accommodation & Transport by Company

 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Lifting & Hoisting, Manual Rigging, and use of all types of lifting equipment and lifting gears.

• Minimum  years' experience as a Rigging/Lifting Foreman in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Experience managing teams of Riggers, Banksmen, and Crane Operators.

• Strong knowledge of Heavy Lifting, Manual Rigging, and safe lifting practices.

• Valid QSGTL-recognized Rigging/Lifting & Banksman Certificate from an approved training provider.

• Able to inspect slings, wire ropes, hooks, and lifting gear, and identify/report defects.

• Ability to assess load size and weight before lifting operations.

• Proficient in lifting communication methods (hand signals, radios, etc.).

• Knowledge of lifting hazards, risk assessments, and mitigation measures.

• Able to demonstrate relevant project experience.

• Good communication skills and ability to lead multilingual teams.

• Willing to perform hands-on tasks as required by the Company
