Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Qatar.

 • Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research.

 • Promote the company's services to prospective clients.

 • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations.

 • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.

 • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

 • Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth project execution.

 • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

 • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

 • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

 • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Qatar.

 • Valid Qatar Driving License.

 • Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

 • Experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or Hospitality industries is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market.

 • Existing network of clients and industry contacts in Qatar.

 • Experience in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.

 • Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
