    Job Description

    JOB ROLE: SALES EXECUTIVE

    Role Purpose: Responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence. This role focuses on both maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities to achieve company sales targets.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining showroom display standards, including inventory levels and visual merchandising.
    • Ensuring excellent customer service across all sales interactions.
    • Professionally and promptly resolving escalated customer issues.
    • Handling sales orders.
    • Preparing and submitting daily reports to the office.
    • Managing emails and calls related to the store.
    • Ordering items to replenish showroom stock.
    • Reporting directly to the General Manager regarding store operations.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
    • Proficient in English.
    • 5+ years of sales experience, focused on business development.
    • Skilled in providing technical equipment knowledge.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Able to work effectively under pressure.
