Sales Executive – Sweets & Confectionery (Al Bayraq Sweets)

Location: Al Wukair / Al Wakrah, Qatar

About the Role:

 Al Bayraq Sweets, a growing confectionery company in Qatar, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales, manage client relationships, and support our retail presence across the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across retail and wholesale channels.
• Follow up on and collect outstanding/overdue payments from clients (accounts receivable follow-up).
• Handle merchandising: ensure product displays, stock rotation, and shelf presentation meet company standards at points of sale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while opening new accounts.
• Report sales activity, collections, and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or confectionery.
• Demonstrated experience in collections / recovering overdue payments.
• Merchandising experience at retail points of sale.
• Valid Qatar driving license (required).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken); knowledge of the local market is a strong advantage.
• Must be currently in Qatar with a transferable visa / NOC.
