SHOWROOM - INVENTORY CONTROLLER

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Showroom Inventory Controller to oversee and manage stock operations within our showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end inventory control, including inward and outward material movements, stock tracking, handling Material Transfer Requests (MTR), reporting shortfalls, and maintaining high inventory accuracy to ensure seamless daily sales operations.

1. Oversee and process all material inward movements, verifying deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
2. Manage material outward processes, ensuring accurate dispatches, sales order fulfillment, and customer deliveries.
3. Coordinate and process Material Transfer Requests (MTR) between the central warehouse, other branches, and the showroom floor
4. Maintain precise, real-time inventory records using the internal inventory management system (ERP).
5. Conduct regular physical stock counts, perpetual audits, and monthly/annual reconciliation.
6. Identify, investigate, and report any stock shortfalls, variances, or damaged goods promptly to management.
7. Ensure all materials received are properly categorized, labeled, and neatly stored in the designated showroom/storage areas.
8. Collaborate closely with the showroom sales team, logistics, and central warehouse to ensure smooth material flow.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an Inventory Controller, Stock Auditor, Storekeeper, or similar role (showroom or retail environment preferred).

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Software/ERP systems (., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory, MS Dynamics) and MS Excel.
