Conduct technical training sessions on Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems.
Develop and deliver structured classroom and practical training programs.
Assess trainee knowledge, practical skills, and competency through evaluations and examinations.
Certify trainees based on successful completion of training requirements.
Plan, organize, and manage training schedules, equipment, materials, and learning resources.
Maintain training laboratories, classrooms, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
Coach, mentor, and guide trainees throughout the learning process.
Continuously review and improve training materials, methodologies, and course content.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in the electrical industry, at least 1 year of experience in technical training, learning & development, or instructional delivery.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Valid Train the Trainer certification.
Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience delivering technical training.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Ability to evaluate, assess, and certify trainees.
Experience in the utilities, power generation, transmission, or electrical distribution sector is preferred.
