Trainer Electricity

Key Responsibilities:

• • Conduct technical training sessions on Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems.
  • Develop and deliver structured classroom and practical training programs.
  • Assess trainee knowledge, practical skills, and competency through evaluations and examinations.
  • Certify trainees based on successful completion of training requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and manage training schedules, equipment, materials, and learning resources.
  • Maintain training laboratories, classrooms, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide trainees throughout the learning process.
  • Continuously review and improve training materials, methodologies, and course content.

Requirements:

• • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in the electrical industry, at least 1 year of experience in technical training, learning & development, or instructional delivery.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Valid Train the Trainer certification.
  • Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience delivering technical training.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to evaluate, assess, and certify trainees.
  • Experience in the utilities, power generation, transmission, or electrical distribution sector is preferred.
