Deliver technical training programs, workshops, and practical sessions related to water engineering systems and operations.
Plan, organize, and coordinate training schedules, resources, equipment, and instructional materials.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, examinations, and practical evaluations.
Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise trainees throughout the training process.
Develop, update, and continuously improve training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessment methods.
Maintain training laboratories, classrooms, equipment, and technical resources in good working condition.
Assess trainee competency and support certification processes based on organizational standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, preferably within the water utility, water treatment, wastewater treatment, desalination, or related industries.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Certified Train the Trainer qualification.
Bilingual (English and Arabic) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate trainee competency and prepare technical reports.
Experience working in utility, infrastructure, or water sector organizations is highly preferred.
