HSE officer (Qatar Energy Approved)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and QatarEnergy safety standards
• Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments
• Monitor work activities to ensure safe execution of tasks and compliance with permit requirements
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for site personnel
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions, and prepare reports with corrective actions
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety regulations
• Maintain HSE records, reports, checklists, and documentation as required by the project/client
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and workforce to implement safe working practices
• Monitor housekeeping, emergency preparedness, and overall site safety performance
• Support in implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Must be QatarEnergy approved
• Nebosh IGC Certificate should be issue prior to 2022
• 3-5 Experience as an HSE Officer in industrial / oil & gas / maintenance projects
• Must be available to work at Dukhan Site
• Locally available in Qatar will be preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
