The largest month-long festival of displaying talent and Falconry skill is near! This unique event attracts contestants from different backgrounds and cultures within the Gulf region to compete for the prize money of QR100,000 and a prestigious title.

The festival competitions are also open to young falconers from ages 11 to 15, allowing them to display the skill of Da’u (the art of luring). The falcons can be of any species except gyrkins. Also, the flacons cannot exceed 15 inches in size.

The event will be held at Sabkhat Marmi next to Sealine in Mesaieed from January 1 to 29, 2022. 

Registration can be made at Al Gannas Qatari Society Building 33 in Katara from 4 pm to 8 pm. 

Kindly note, December 27 is the last day to register for this festival. 

Morning championships start at 6:00 am and the afternoon championships start at 12:45 pm. Also, participants must be at the tournament site two hours early.
