Ludwig Van Beethoven composed the First Piano Concerto sometime between 1796 and 1797. When played for the first time in Prague, the audience were surprised and yet also responded positively to the Concerto, showing that right from the start, Beethoven was initiating a musical revolution and challenging preconceived notions about what a given musical structure should have., even if he may not have known at that time,
