Aerial Yogalates Workshop
Hosted by Acrobatics Middle East at the Strongbox!
Aerial Yogalates combines aerial yoga, traditional vinyasa, and Pilates for an awesome stretch and workout! The workshop will focus on:
TWO WORKSHOPS TO CHOOSE FROM! AVAILABLE FRIDAY OR SATURDAY!
Beginners Workshop (for new yoginis and beginners)
----- 1PM - 2:30PM
- Hamstring, hip, shoulder, and back stretching
- Core, glute, leg, arm, and shoulder strengthening
- Learn how to invert and where to squeeze
- Relaxation and breathing practice
Intermediate/Advanced Workshop (for those wanting a challenge!)
----- 3PM - 4:30PM
- Splits/over-splits, hip, shoulder, and deep back stretching
- Core, glute, leg, arm, and shoulder strengthening
- Invert practice including handstands, shoulder stands, and crow pose to handstand
- Relaxation and breathing
Cost 150 QR!
