The International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) has recently issued the IFRS 15: Revenue from Contracts with Customers and the hedging and impairment components of IFRS 9: Financial Instruments.
In this course, we will go through IFRS 9 and build up the landscape including a comparison to existing rules under IAS 39. We will also take you through IAS 11 and IAS 18, providing proper examples of how to apply the new requirements.
Exposure draft on leasing is being finalized. During this seminar, we will update participants on these changes by giving a short guide on the rules as they exist today for leasing (IAS 17) and what has happened to date under IFRS 9 on Financial Instruments.
