The Color Run™
The Color Run™, the original 5-kilometre color powder race, is coming to Qatar for the first time.
With the help of Sahtak Awalan: Your Health First - the health campaign run by Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar (WCMC-Q) - the Happiest 5k on the Planet will come to Doha on February 7th, 2015.
The Color RunTM is a five-kilometre, un-timed fun run where participants – or 'Color Runners' – can run, jog, walk, or even push their children in strollers around the course under a shower of colored powder.
In Doha the course will wind its way around the outside of the capital's iconic Qatar National Convention Centre, lighting up the area with huge clouds of vibrant color as it goes.
The fun continues at the finish line with a gigantic Finish Festival designed to create happiness and lasting memories.
Entries cost QAR 140 and include a Gift Pack, an event t-shirt, sweatband and color pack.
