Halal Qatar Festival - Katara
Katara Cultural Village will launch the 10th Halal Qatar Festival 2022. This is the 10th edition of the Halal Qatar festival, in the southern area of Katara. The theme of the festival centers around a distinct feature of our heritage, one that is drawn from deep within the deserts of Qatar - sheep and goat breeding.
What to expect at the Halal Qatar Festival in Katara:
1. Al Mazad or public auction of Halal (sheep and goats), Al Izab or barns where different breeds of halal such as Syrian and Arab sheep are showcased.
