Love for Homeland - Ministry of Culture
A gallery called "Love for Homeland" is now open at the offices of the Ministry of Culture and Sport in Al Dafna featuring 35 artworks from the different art schools to express love of the country and reaffirm loyalty to His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani.
The gallery showcases the works of 29 artists, of which 23 are Qatari.
It is the outcome of an activity that was held during Eid al-Fitr as an initiative by Qatari and resident artists to document the solidarity between the people and His Highness the Emir during the ongoing siege of Qatar by some Gulf states.
