Doha Film Institute presents Qumra, an initiative that seeks to provide mentorship, nurturing, and hands-on development for filmmakers from Qatar and around the world.

Qumra Master Classes
A group of 5 internationally renowned film luminaries will convene in Doha to share their insights in a series of Master Classes that will offer invaluable guidance for the benefit of participating filmmakers, industry professionals and audiences.

Qumra Screenings
This year, Qumra will showcase a selection of 8 remarkable feature-length films from the region and beyond as our Qumra Screenings—all of which were made with the support of the Doha Film Institute.

Qumra Pass (In-person with full access)
As a member of the public, you can now gain access to our exceptional Qumra programme. With a Qumra Pass, audiences can attend all the Master Classes and Qumra Screenings in-person in Doha. Capacity is strictly limited, and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis—so be sure to book your Qumra Pass soon to avoid disappointment.
