Ride for Education
After its huge success in 2018 and 2019, Sheraton Grand Doha and Qatar Marriott Business Council are proud to host the biggest charity cycling event, 'Ride for Education,' through the Road to Awareness initiative again this year on December 8, 2023, in support of Education Above All (EAA) Foundation.
A committee representing 20 Marriott International hotel properties in Doha organizes a wide variety of corporate social responsibility events across the country in association with the Road to Awareness, a Marriott International initiative that aims to make a positive difference for underprivileged children by helping provide them with a better future.
The charity bike ride will support Education Above All (EAA) Foundation, with funds raised benefiting EAA, and it will be led by a Qatari cyclist and the Qatar Cycling Federation.
Registered riders will receive a complimentary cycling jersey and full access to the event.
Children below 5 years have free entry.
The event is open to all age-cycle riders, with participants ranging from 12 to 70 years old.
