This exhibition explores the rich history of culinary traditions from the emergence of Islam to the present day, highlighting key historical developments, the influence of trade, and evolving dining etiquette that shaped courtly culture. Featuring over 100 objects, the exhibition is divided into five main sections, each accompanied by a video of a contemporary chef preparing a dish rooted in their culinary heritage. Entry is free with museum admission.
