The Shape of Time: Art and Ancestors of Oceania Exhibition
The National Museum of Qatar will showcase approximately 130 treasured pieces from The Metropolitan Museum of Art's remarkable Oceanic collection. This collection is embarking on a journey beyond The Met's walls for the first time in nearly a century, as the Michael C. Rockefeller Wing undergoes renovation. The exhibition is thoughtfully organized into themes: Voyaging, Ancestors, and Time.
