Sixth Hamad Bin Khalifa Symposium

Twelve of the world’s leading experts in Islamic art will be exploring certain aspects of visual arts in the Islamic world starting from November 7.

The discussion on the 7th will be held at Al-Rayyan Theatre in Souq Wakif and the following two days, November 8 and 9 will take place at the Museum of Islamic Arts.

The experts will be talking about writing in Islamic arts under the topic “By the Pen and What They Write: Writing in Islamic Art and Culture”.

Online registration can be done via www.islamicartdoha.org while Walk-in registration for all symposium events will be conducted on a first-come basis as per the availability of space.

Online registration will be open until the 7th of November 2015.
