kabayans, please help me what to do!

i filed a case against my employer and my agency back in the philippines for wrongful termination.. the court now wants a certified true copy of my contract.. ang problema ang hawak ko lang ay kontrata na may 'sample notation' verified sya ng polo office dito sa qatar.. ang gusto ng korte is kontrata na walang 'sample notation.. pumunta ako sa embassy and nirefer nila ako sa polo.. sabi ng polo, wala silang hawak na contract kasi hangang 2 years max lang daw sila nagkikeep ng records? di rin daw sila makabigay ng letter saying na wala silang record? pwede ba yun?

is there any chance makakuha ako ng record from the polo office or letter from them? anu kailangan kung gawin?
