I reaceived termination certificate from my company. I inform to Truth real estate two month before to termination of Tenant agreement & return back to my balance cheques. But Truth not return my cheque. Truth real estate inform each month submit cheque to bank, if return take legal action. Please advise where to complaint for this issues.

Lodge a complaint with Rental Disputes Committee. They are located near Holiday Villa hotel. Take a letter written in Arabic about your complaint. Attach copies of your notice you had given to the Estate Agent. Hopefully, the Committee will help you out. You can the get the location of the above Committee through Google.
