Al Ashmakh Real Estate Not Giving My Deposit Back

Hi guys, I need advice I moved out of my accommodation 2 months ago, and when moving I had an inventory check, the standard paint and cleaning were deducted from my deposit and we signed the paperwork. I received an email that I would get my deposit back within 15-30 days, it's been 60 days, and they are not giving my deposit back and not even replying to my emails anymore.

They signed the paperwork to give my deposit back so where can I take this issue to make them pay me? Any advice?
