Apply for residents visa

Hi everyone, i really need advice, my 2 children is already here in qatar via family visit, i apply this first week of june to transfer as residents, i got rejected twice and finally i got office to sign my childrens application, i waited 1week, but my metrash become deffered, i keep following in garaffa immigration, and finally i got interview last week in gate 4 for 3 officer, they told me to wait after 2days, but until now my metrash is deffered, i cant enroll my childrens because one of the requirements in qatar id, only 1month left before end of 6months for my children family visit, is anyone have experience like me? I really need help
