Complain against Qatari Nationality

on behalf of my freinds, one of qatari slap & punch him on face, could you please advise where to register a complain against him

You can report the incident to the Central Police located at Crazy Signal.

My advice: Massage the face with warm water, apply some cream and then forget the matter. If blood has come out of the face or any part of the body due to the strike, it would become a police case. Otherwise, just drink some cold fresh juice, cool yourself down, and let the incident pass over.
