Famiy Visitor Visa - HMC Bone and Joint Appointment Advise

Dear all,
My Mother 75 yrs is here on Family visitor visa. Her Knee Arthritis is very painful and wants me to take her Doctors. She prefers HMC which she did treatment in 2020 during Covid times, they accepted.
Can someone please help and advise how to go about this, any recommendations to get treatment at reasonable costs in HMC or Private.
I have lost my job, so trying to also take care of Mums health which is very important to me. Any info is very helpful and grateful. My No below for call or WhatsApp
