Hi, Can any one advice below my question,

My baby born in qatar on 30th July but still i did not apply visa, because i have lot of confusions can any body advise, my wife is in company sponsosrship not mine and i have a plan to change wife sponsorship to under my sponsorship. so 1st how to change wife sponsorship to my sponsorship and 2nd thing some one telling sponsorship changing process in 1-2 months if its long time i have to apply my baby visa under my wife sponsorship ?
