How to remove Blacklist for medical unfit?

Hello, I was medical unfit for having TB in x ray and Blacklisted for that. I'm fully cured now. How to remove this blacklist now to join my family in qatar again please advise.

Note: I visited on family visit visa.

My reply is based on queries related to this issue on QL and answers from QLers sometime back. From what I understood, the TB infection leaves scars on the lungs and they show in an X-Ray. Such cases are then referred to some higher medical authorities for their decision. No one has so far ever advised what was the decision in their case.
