Labor contract not updated in metrash

My labour contract has updated and digitally attested 10 days before but still not updated in the metrash. When I trying to apply for family visa, it shows that contract need to be updated. Anyone facing same problem?
Even I visited labor department, they also told they can't do anything. Please Anyone can explain what to do in this situation?

I have sorted the same issue today. Go to the Ministry of Labour office (backside entrance) opposite City Center with an approved copy of the work contract. Approach the reception and inform them about the contract update issue; they will sort it out within a day.
