There are two ways you can find one. First, you can Google and you will get a list of practicing lawyers in Qatar. Second, you can go over to the Sharia Court and usually there are some of them hanging around there looking for customers. You can also ask people who work there and they may recommend one.
Let me add, lawyers are costly and you should be ready for this.
